Returns and Replacements

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing  with your order number and clear pictures or videos of the item in question. Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable. 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending back any items to ensure they reach us safely. A1 Beauty Hub will not be responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately at  with your order details. 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us right away. Provide your order ID and photo/video proof so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly. We take such matters seriously and will either resend the missing items or issue a refund as appropriate.
