Exact prices cannot be confirmed via phone, email, or social media. Final pricing will be confirmed in-salon after consultation.
We aim to run on time, but occasionally delays occur. If we anticipate running behind, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you have time constraints on the day of your appointment.
Bookings may be subject to change. Please ensure all your contact details are correct so we can reach you if needed.
Reminder messages are sent 1 day prior to your appointment.
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the service booked.
Failure to attend without notice will incur the full service cost.
Outstanding fees must be settled before a new appointment can be made.
Please note that rescheduling may mean waiting several weeks for the next available slot.
If no immediate appointments are available, we will gladly add you to our cancellation list.
We want every client to leave our salon happy. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us directly.
Hair Services: Adjustments are available within 2 weeks of the original appointment. Adjustments are carried out by the same stylist.
Beauty Services: Adjustments are available within 24 hours of the original appointment. Adjustments are carried out by the same beauty professional.
We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, without extra guests, children, or pets (except newborns).
Our space is designed for your comfort and relaxation, and this policy helps us maintain the best possible experience for all clients.
