    At A1 Beauty Hub, we value your time and trust. To ensure we provide the best experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n\n

    \ud83d\udcb2 Prices<\/h3>\n

    Prices displayed online are a guide only.<\/p>\n

    Exact prices cannot be confirmed via phone, email, or social media. Final pricing will be confirmed in-salon after consultation.<\/p>\n\n

    \u23f0 Appointment Timing<\/h3>\n

    We aim to run on time, but occasionally delays occur. If we anticipate running behind, we will notify you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

    Please inform us at the time of booking if you have time constraints on the day of your appointment.<\/p>\n\n

    \ud83d\udcc5 Bookings & Cancellations<\/h3>\n

    Bookings may be subject to change. Please ensure all your contact details are correct so we can reach you if needed.<\/p>\n

    Reminder messages are sent 1 day prior to your appointment.<\/p>\n

    We require a minimum of 12 hours\u2019 notice for cancellations or rescheduling.<\/p>\n\n

    \u26d4 Late Cancellations & No-Shows<\/h4>\n

    Less than 24 hours\u2019 notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the service booked.<\/p>\n

    Failure to attend without notice will incur the full service cost.<\/p>\n

    Outstanding fees must be settled before a new appointment can be made.<\/p>\n\n

    \ud83d\udd04 Rescheduling<\/h3>\n

    Please note that rescheduling may mean waiting several weeks for the next available slot.<\/p>\n

    If no immediate appointments are available, we will gladly add you to our cancellation list.<\/p>\n\n

    \ud83d\udc87 Service Adjustments<\/h3>\n

    We want every client to leave our salon happy. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us directly.<\/p>\n

    Hair Services:<\/strong> Adjustments are available within 2 weeks of the original appointment. Adjustments are carried out by the same stylist.<\/p>\n

    Beauty Services:<\/strong> Adjustments are available within 24 hours of the original appointment. Adjustments are carried out by the same beauty professional.<\/p>\n\n

    \ud83d\udc76 Guests & Children<\/h3>\n

    We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, without extra guests, children, or pets (except newborns).<\/p>\n

    Our space is designed for your comfort and relaxation, and this policy helps us maintain the best possible experience for all clients.<\/p>\n\n
